Realizing my wholeness has been a lifelong journey as I have navigated through layers of loss and trauma, both intergenerational and experienced within my own lifetime.

Astrology has been my focus of study since 2015, while many more modalities (such as energy healing, meditation, intuition, and more recently Human Design) have illuminated my path to living deeper into my truth and joy.

Using what I’ve learned along the way, I support those on the path of healing the wound of lost connection — with ourselves, our communities, and our greater cosmic context. I create a spiritual map to bring us into alignment with our fullest sense of purpose and integrity.

I curate Sober Socials Omaha and hold degrees in Anthropology, Women’s & Gender Studies, and ASL-English Interpretation. The invaluable contributions of brilliant teachers such as Banafsheh Sayyad, Chris Brennan, & Suzanne Giesemann, among many more, have shaped my way in the world.

Descended from ancestors with origins from lands around the North Sea and the Mediterranean Basin, I also come from multiple generations of Deaf relatives. I have lived for many years on land that ancestrally belongs to the Ramaytush, Ohlone, Muwekma, and Jiwere peoples.
I currently reside on the ancestral land of the Umoⁿhoⁿ and Očhéthi Šakówiŋ
peoples.

Ecocide, systemic racism & transphobia are acknowledged as social pathologies that beckon each of us to be a solutionary (a term I first heard used by Xiuhtezcatl Martinez).

I affirm the rights & personhood of all beings, including our planet Earth. I am an eternal student of Matrifocal spiritualities and ways of life and am also a dancer devoted to the
Great Mother Spirit of It All.
